For a new tropical restaurant in Utrecht, the Netherlands we are looking chefs/cooks with an affinity with the Caribbean flavours and willing to move to the Netherlands.

“Tropical vibes all year round”

This spring, end of April, a cool new addition will open its doors to the already vibrant hospitality scene in Utrecht, the Netherlands. This tropical club is a bar and restaurant situated right in the old historic city centre in a wharf cellar next to the canal. The interior, food and music, will bring tropical vibes to the Netherlands. This funky club will be a truly tropical paradise completed with palm trees, a tiki bar and ass shaking music. It will be decorated with a lot of bamboo, plants, colourfull prints, Cuban tiles and even a fountain. This jungle lush hotspot will have around 180 spots inside and 90 seating places outside.

Open 7 days a week from 3 pm until the rum runs out…

It will be the place to get your fix of the brown liquor, with more than 200 types of rum (!), and delicious rum cocktails. Of course, there are also enough drinks for the ‘not rum lovers’ between us, from tequila, whisky and gin to exotic beers.
